At left is Andrew Reid and at right is Jay Jennings, both house residents. (Sirin is not.) The house is populated by musicians and other media-makers, with regular visits from friends, collaborators and former roommates. Reid says that since 2009 35 people have lived in the three-story single-family house in the Ditmas Park neighborhood.
