John Lehmann-Haupt tests out classical guitars (the one at left by the maker Andrea Tacchi and the one at right by David Rubio) being sold by Beverly Maher in The Guitar Salon, the classical guitar shop she runs out of her West Village apartment in New York, NY on Feb. 5, 2014. Maher started selling classical guitars there decades ago, and counts many famous musicians as clients.
