An employee boxes matzo farfel at Streit's Matzo factory in the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York, NY on Jan. 15, 2014. Each cardboard box, called a case, fits 18 one-pound retail boxes, and 42 cases make up a pallet. The factory was producing matzo kosher for Passover, which it does for six months of the year.
